Paphiopedilum spicerianum 'St. Albans' outcross

I purchased this flask. It is an outcross of the DARK ‘St. Albans’ HCC/AOS clone and another dark clone. I expect seedlings to be available 2018 - June. 1st photo was provided, and is of the 'St. Alban's' clone.  2nd and 3rd photos are from a previous 'St. Alban's' outcross but not of this seedling batch.

A member of subgenus Paphiopedilum section Thiopetalum. This species is native to Assam (north Eastern) India, Bhutan, Nepal, and northwestern Myanmar (Burma). Expect compact plants with a leaf span of 4” – 6”. Inflorescences are single flowered and 2¾” – 3½” across. The dorsal sepal is white with a green base and a central longitudinal purple stripe. The petals are green heavily, overlaid a darker olive-brown, with a central purple longitudinal stripe. The pouch is dark green heavily overlaid olive-chestnut to chestnut. The staminode is white with a heavy purple overlay. Plants will grow well under typical low light Paphiopedilum culture. This one is a cooler growing species.
